New Frost Watch Captain

Commander Crillner hired a retired Ashetai military man by the name of Calanthar Devregon to fill the vacancy in the Captain position for the Frost Watch.

This reorganizes the rankings for the Watch as thus:

Calanthar Devregon - Captain

Victoria D'Cint - Knight-Lieutenant, Chief Investigator

Emil Emelbur - First Sergeant
Den'aw Morech - Sergeant
Vacant - Sergeant
